Noise cancellation states
What noise cancellation states are available?
You can choose between three preconfigured noise cancellation states based on your listening preferences and environment - Quiet, Aware and Off.
| STATE | DESCRIPTION |
| Quiet | Full noise cancellation with Bose-optimized stereo audio. Allows you to block out distractions using the highest level of noise cancellation. |
| Aware | Full transparency with Bose-optimized stereo audio. Allows you to hear your surroundings while enjoying your audio in stereo. |
| Off | No active noise cancellation. Allows you to conserve your connected device's battery life. |
To change the state
- Press and hold the Multi-function button. A voice prompt announces each state in a loop.
- When you hear the name of your preferred state, release the button.
