Be sure your product is within 33 feet (10 meters) of the Bluetooth device.
This range can be reduced by obstacles (e.g. walls, doors, appliances, wireless devices, etc.). Try moving the device and product closer together.
Be sure the ear tip and headphone opening are clean and free of debris.
Check for blockages in the tip, headphone mesh grille and headphone opening. Excessive debris can result in low audio, poor sound quality or missing audio channels. If debris is noticeable a deep clean is recommended. For instructions on deep cleaning, see Cleaning ear tip and mesh of ear bud.
