Connecting to a mixer | F1 Model 812 Flexible Array loudspeaker

To connect a mixing board to the Bose system:

  1. Connect each source (i.e. instruments and microphones) to the desired channels on the mixing board
  2. Set each mixer channel's input trim and level as desired for each source
  3. Connect the Main Output of the mixing board to the Bose system:
    1. If the mixer has 1/4" output, connect to Input 1 or 2 on the Bose system (Note: If using Input 1, set INPUT SELECT switch to LINE LEVEL)
    2. If the mixer has XLR output, connect to Input 1 on the Bose system
    3. If the mixer has RCA output, connect to Input 2 on the Bose system
Note: The XLR and 1/4" inputs on the Bose system are mono. Be sure the mixing board is not sending a stereo signal when using these connections.
