Sound is not heard from all speakers | L1® Model 1S system
If you do not hear sound from a bass module connected to your system, here are some suggestions.
Try the following
Try a different Speakon cable.
If available, connect the bass module with another cable to determine if the cable is the issue. (Note: The bass module connection requires a four-wire Speakon cable. Two-wire cables may not work properly.)
Be sure to connect the bass module with a 4-conductor Speakon cable.
Speakon cables are available in 4 and 2-pin configurations. Your bass module uses a 4-pin Speakon connection to connect to an L1 system.
Note: Some 2-pin cables appear to have 4-pins. To determine if it has 4-pins, unplug the bass module while audio is playing from the L1 system: The system should mute for about one second, then resume playing; if it does not mute, the cable is a 2-pin cable.

Be sure the bass module Speakon wire is no more than 15 feet long.
If the bass module Speakon wire is longer than 15 feet, the signal sensing circuit may not detect the bass module and the signal may be intermittent.
Check the condition of the L1 connectors, and the L1 connection in the power stand.
