System will not turn off | Lifestyle® 28 Series III DVD home entertainment system
Try to operate the system using the remote control.
If the remote control operates the system, see Buttons on product do not work or work intermittently.
Be sure your system is not in Demo mode.
Demo mode is used for in-store displays. In case this mode was accidentally enabled—or if this is a newer system that was purchased as an open-box item—check that Demo mode is disabled. For more info, see Turning off Demo mode.
Try unplugging from power for one minute.
Unplug the system from power and wait for one minute. Then, plug it back in and turn it on. Check if it turns off properly.
