Cannot tune to a desired AM or FM radio station | Lifestyle® SoundTouch® 535 entertainment system
Determine if the issue is with channel spacing.
If radio stations display and tune properly but there is still a reception problem, see No or poor AM or FM radio reception.
Make sure the radio channel spacing is set properly.
If the channel spacing is incorrectly set, the frequency range may be incorrect. For instructions on how to check the channel spacing, see Changing AM and FM channel spacing.
The Control Console may need service.
If the steps provided do not resolve your issue, the Control Console may need service. Follow the link below for more information on how to service the Control Console. Depending on your product and region, you will be provided a contact number or the ability to setup service online.
