Battery Status Indicator

You can also check the battery level of the headphones in the Bose app.

The battery status indicator is next to the charging port on the bottom of the right ear cup

Solid White

Indicates: Medium to full charge

Blinking White

Indicates: Charging

Solid Red

Indicates: Low charge

Blinking Red

Indicates: Needs to charge

Blinking Red and White

Indicates: Error – see Battery LED status indicator is flashing red and white

Quickly Blinking White

Indicates: Updating headphones

Bluetooth® Status Indicator

The Bluetooth status indicator is located below the Power/Bluetooth button on the back of the right ear cup

Slowly Pulsing Blue

Indicates: Ready to connect

Blinking Blue

Indicates: Connecting

Solid Blue

Indicates: Connected
