Check the battery installation.
Match the "+" and "-" polarity symbols on the batteries to the markings inside the battery compartment
Check the condition of the battery compartment and contacts.
- Use compressed air to blow any dust or debris out of the battery compartment
- Be sure the spring on the battery door is not mis-shapen and that it is making contact with the battery
- Use rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab to clean both battery contacts; one is in the compartment; one is the spring on the door. Let the product air dry before use
Replace the battery.
