Changing the Bose app account ID or password | Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II

Note: Since a change to our login provider in November 2025, it is no longer possible to change your email address.

1. Tap the Account Settings icon  in the upper-right corner.
2. Under the My Bose section, tap the account name.
3. You will be redirected to the website. Enter your account e-mail address.
4. Enter your current password.
5. If the name or location needs updating, tap that field to make changes.
6. To update the password, tap the password field and entered the requested info.
7. Tap Continue.
8. To exit, tap outside of the password pop-up window.

1. On the Bose webpage, tap the Account Settings icon  in the upper-right corner.
2. Enter your e-mail address.
3. Enter your current password.
4. If the name needs updating, click Edit next to My Contact Information to make changes.
5. To update the password, click Edit next to My Sign In and entered the requested info.
6. Click Continue.
