In the Bose app

The easiest way to view the serial number is in the Bose app.

1. Make sure your headphones are powered on and connected to the device running the Bose app.
2. Open the Bose app and select your headphones.
3. Tap the Settings (gear icon) in the top corner.
4. Select Technical Info.
5. The serial number is displayed on this screen.

On the headphones

The serial number and regulatory markings are located inside the left earcup, beneath the inner fabric.

1. On the left earcup, gently pull one area of the cushion away until the tabs around the inner rim release. 
2. Lift the upper edge of the inner fabric and carefully peel it back until the information is visible.
   ⚠️ Caution: Do not press on or remove any internal components, as this may damage the headphones. 
3. Reposition the fabric securely.  
4. Press the cushion edge back onto the earcup until you feel and hear each tab snap into place. Continue around the rim until fully secured.
