If the cashmere headband becomes dirty, spot clean it with a solution of cold water and delicate wool/cashmere detergent. Be sure to avoid getting any other parts of the headset wet. Dab stains gently without rubbing. Do not dry in direct sunlight, as excessive heat and sunlight can cause colors to fade. Always dry cashmere in a cool, shaded area.

Damage from Extreme High Temperature

Avoid exposing your headset to high temperatures, such as leaving it on a car dashboard or in direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to extreme heat (above 70°C or 158°F) may cause the headband's top cover to separate from the bottom cover when flexed. If this occurs, you can easily reassemble the headband by allowing the unit to cool to room temperature and then pressing the two sections together until they lock securely.
