You cannot disable voice prompts
Starting in February 2026, the updated voice‑prompt experience means you can no longer turn voice prompts on or off in the app or by using the buttons on the product. The new prompts and tones are now permanently enabled by default.
Calls
Your product now uses your phone or other source device to provide notifications like Caller ID and ringtones. Some devices have call‑related sounds turned off by default, so check that these settings are enabled on your device to make sure you hear incoming call alerts.
