Resetting your product | Bose SoundLink Home Bluetooth Speaker

If the speaker is unresponsive, you can reset it.
Resetting the speaker resets the product controls and reboots the speaker. It doesn’t clear any device settings.
NOTE: Make sure the USB cable isn’t connected to the speaker.
To reset the speaker, press and hold the Power button for 8 seconds until you see the Power light turn off then glow according to the battery level.

Factory reset clears connected devices and language settings from the speaker and returns it to the original factory settings.

1. Power on the speaker.
2. Press and hold the Bluetooth button and Multi-function button for 10 seconds until the Power light quickly blinks white 3 times.
   
   The Power light glows solid white, and the Bluetooth light blinks blue. A voice prompt announces the battery level, and then you hear “Ready to connect.”
