What is the error message description and error number?
Could not connect to Pandora. Please try again later. (1406)
In your router settings, try disabling DHCP Leasing.
Reboot your router.
Could not connect to Sirius XM. Please try again later. (3903)
Determine if the issue occurs with the service's own app or website and check the service's website for alerts.
Be sure the device running the SoundTouch app is connected to the same network as the system.
- Determine the name of the network that the SoundTouch system is connected to by viewing menu item 2.3 in the System Information Screen. For more information, see Accessing the System Information Screen
- Determine if the device running the SoundTouch app is connected to the network of the same name
- On an iOS device, locate and select the Settings icon, then select Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi should be on. The network the device is connected to will have a check mark to the left of the network name
- On an Android device, locate and select the Settings menu, then select Wireless and Networks. Wi-Fi should be on. The network the device is connected to will have a check mark to the left of the network name
- On a computer connected wirelessly, follow the instructions found in Connecting a computer to a Wi-Fi network to determine what network it is connected to
- If the device running the app is connected to a different network, update this setting to match the network of the SoundTouch system
Your music library is syncing. Please try again in a few minutes. (1620)
If tracks or playlists were recently added, sync the music library.
Looks like SiriusXM isn't available right now. Please try again later. (6023)
Close and re-open the Bose app.
On iOS devices:
- Depending on your iOS device, either double-tap the Home button or swipe up from the bottom center of the screen to view active apps
- Swipe left or right to find the app you want to close
- Swipe up on the app to close it.
- On the home screen, press and hold the app icon
- Tap App info from the pop-up that appears
- On the App Info screen, tap Force Stop.
Determine if the issue occurs with the service's own app or website and check the service's website for alerts.

Wait for the SoundTouch Music Server to index your music library.
If using a Mac that has been updated to 10.10 (Yosemite), be sure iTunes is up to date as well.
In iTunes or Windows Media Player, look for and rename any song titles that containt an @ symbol. Then, re-sync the library.
For iTunes libraries, export user-created playlists and rebuild the music library.
- If there are no user-created playlists, close iTunes, copy the existing ITL files to a backup folder, then delete all ITL files in the iTunes folder. Reopen iTunes and the program will scan for media to create a new ITL file
- If there are user-created playlists, export the playlists before closing iTunes, copy the existing ITL files and deleting the them. For more info, see Using playlists with iTunes.
Determine the file types of the tracks are supported.
Remove and re-add the music library.
Cannot connect to this music service. Please try again later. (6152)
Close and re-open the Bose app.

Only Deezer Premium+ accounts are supported.
- Free non-premium accounts within the US can browse Deezer content but cannot play it. Content shown for free accounts will appear grayed out and be unselectable.
- Free non-premium accounts outside the US can access personalized radio and 30-second track preview.
Temporarily disable any security/anti-virus or firewall software running on the computer.
If this resolves the issue, inform the customer that they will need to allow the service access through the firewall. For more information, see the Firewall Information site.
Re-enable the firewalls that were noted as disabled before continuing.
