"USB drivers not installed" message displayed | SoundLink® Air digital music system
To avoid this error, don't connect the USB cable until prompted by the Wi-Fi Setup app.
- Disconnect the USB cable from the SoundTouch adapter and from the computer
- Close the setup app
- Reopen the setup app
- Restart setup and wait until the app prompts you to connect the USB cable before connecting it.
