Bose Connect App

For best results, we recommend using the Bose Connect App to obtain your serial number.

In the app, go to Settings > Product Info. Here, you can view the product's serial number.

On the Speaker

The serial number is located on the side of the speaker near the strap.
Important: The SoundLink Flex Bluetooth Speaker in black may see variations of the serial number printing on some units. We are aware that on some products the serial number printing may be very faint in color. This is normal and we can acquire the serial number from the Bose Connect app via Settings>product information or the original box under the bar code. To verify your products authenticity, you can use our product registration site: global.Bose.com/registration
