Clearing the product memory of paired Bluetooth devices | SoundLink® on-ear wireless headphones
Clear the headphones memory of previously-connected Bluetooth® devices.
Power on your headphones, then slide the Power switch up to the Bluetooth icon and hold it until you hear "Bluetooth device list cleared." Once cleared, your product is ready to connect a new device.
