Clearing the product memory of paired Bluetooth devices | SoundLink® wireless music system

Clear the speaker memory of previously-connected Bluetooth® devices.

  1. Power on your speaker
  2. Select the wireless source
  3. On the remote control, press and hold the Wireless button for 10 seconds.
  4. When you hear a descending tone, release the button.
    Note: Various tones might be heard while the button is held. Wait 10 seconds for a descending tone.
When clear, the adapter reconnects with the SoundLink USB key.
