Serial number location | Bose SoundLink Micro Portable Speaker (2nd Gen)

To view the speaker serial number is the Bose app:

Select the speaker, navigate to Settings , then select Technical Info in the app. The speaker serial number will be presented on this page.

To view the serial number on the speaker:

Unfasten the speaker strap from itself and loosen it so you can view the back of the speaker. The 17-digit serial number is located on the back of the speaker above the 2D bar code.

We are aware that the serial number printing on some products may be very faint in color. This is normal, and you can view the serial number from the Bose app, as stated above.
