Turning Auto-wake on or off | Bose Smart Soundbar
To turn on or off the Auto-wake feature using the Bose remote:
When Auto-wake is on, your system automatically powers on when sound is received through the optical input connection on the soundbar.
On the remote control, press and hold the Power button for ten seconds until a tone is heard and the light bar pulse white twice.

To turn on or off the Auto-wake feature using the Bose app:
- In the Bose app, tap the Settings icon
in the upper-right corner.
If a different product is shown, tap the My Bose iconin upper-left corner then select the desired product.
- Under the Power section, select Optical Auto-Wake.
- Use the toggle to the setting on or off.
