Google Assistant states "Bose Music is unavailable" | Bose Smart Soundbar 300

Unlink your Bose account from the Google Assistant app then set up the assistant in the Bose app.

  1. Log in to the Google Assistant app using the Google account linked within the Bose app.
  2. Navigate to the Assistant tab in the Google Assistant app and select Home Control.
  3. Click on the Plus icon in the lower right corner of the Home Control page.
  4. Select the Bose account and then select Unlink account.
  5. Open the Bose app and set up Google Assistant again.

In the Bose app, sign out of your Bose account and then sign back in.

Reboot the device running the Bose app.

Electronics might need to be rebooted from time to time to correct minor issues. This is typically done by powering off the device completely and then powering it back on again.

Reboot your router.

Routers may need to be reset from time to time—much like rebooting a computer. Disconnect power from the router for 30 seconds, then wait for it to start up and connect. (Note: Any device connected to the Internet will be interrupted during the reset.)
