Reset your product.
Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more information, see Resetting your product.
Try the putting the speaker into recovery mode.
If the speaker has become unresponsive during or after an update, the speaker can be put in to a recovery mode to resolve the issue. For instructions, see Using Recovery mode.
Try manually installing the update.
For more info, see Updating your soundbar. IMPORTANT: When following the update instructions, skip the step concerning putting the speaker into Setup mode as this step is not needed when the speaker is in Recovery mode.
