"USB drivers not installed" message displayed | SoundTouch® 20 Series II Wi-Fi® Music System
To avoid this error, don't connect the USB cable until prompted by the SoundTouch app.
- Disconnect the USB cable from the SoundTouch adapter and from the computer
- Close the SoundTouch app
- Reopen the SoundTouch app
- Restart setup and wait until the app prompts you to connect the USB cable before connecting it.
