Speakers do not mute when headphones are connected | Wave® music system

Be sure the headphones are connected to the correct jack.

There is more than one 1/8-inch (3.5mm) connector on the back of the system. Disconnect the headphones from the back of the system and reconnect them to the jack with the headphone logo above it.
