Wave SoundTouch music system serial number locations:

One serial number is found on the bottom of the Wave Music System. You might need to disconnect the pedestal to turn the system upside down to view the number. The serial number is below the barcode and begins with the number 0.



The serial number for the Wave SoundTouch pedestal is found on the bottom of the pedestal. It is below the QR code and begins with the number 0.


View the serial number in the SoundTouch app.

  1. Open the SoundTouch app
  2. Tap on the Menu icon in the upper-left


  • Tap Settings


  • Tap About


  • Select a system to view its details


  • The serial number is found under Product Serial Number.
